Commander Vance D. Scott, USN
Commanding Officer, USS Nebraska (SSBN-739)
Commander Vance D. Scott is a senior U.S. Navy officer with extensive experience in submarine operations, strategic leadership, and national security. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, he holds multiple advanced degrees in leadership, national security, and engineering management. He has served in key sea and shore assignments, including executive leadership and strategic defense roles, and has been recognized with multiple naval awards for his service and inspirational leadership.
